International Shipments

Shipments to USA, Canada, Australia: 7 – 14 business days
Shipments to the rest of the world: 14 – 21 business days

Shipping Process: What happens after you order?

In the event of slight delays, rest assured that the BigFatPharma (BFP) team is doing our best to get your parcels to you in the shortest possible time.
There will be rare occasions where we overlook an order or miss a parcel, simply drop as an email and we will get on it right away.
As you know, we provide 24h customer support, so getting in touch will never be an issue.

All orders are processed within 12 hours. We will send an email to update you about your tracking number once we have sent out your order.
You will be able to track your parcel with the tracking number. Please note that it can take about 3 to 5 days for the tracking number to go live on the system.

Please use your local governmental postal service once your parcel is in-country. Otherwise, please use Post Track or 17 Track to monitor your parcel movement as they have the most accurate and updated tracking system that we have seen till date.

If your order has an IN suffix, please use IndiaPost.
If your order has a CH suffic, please use Swiss Post.
If your order has an FR suffix, please use La Poste.
If you order has an INAWABET prefix, please use DHL India.
And if your order is to the UK, use Royal Mail.
